If you run a customer-focused business in hospitality, tourism, food or wine, you will know how important having consistent product and service are to your overall success. For example; if you are a restaurant, you want to aim to have each meal prepared, plated and tasting to the same level every time you serve it. You want the wait times to be as consistent as possible, and the service to always be at an acceptable level for your dining style. It is a constant juggling act to keep it all running smoothly and consistently good. Consistency should be one of the core focuses of running a customer service business. Being consistent is key to success in running any business, but especially customer-focused businesses, and this applies to your marketing as well, especially digital marketing. Having a consistent approach to how you post, what objective you are trying to achieve with your marketing strategy, and being consistent with your message is key to getting your business noticed in a very crowded market space. And it takes time… It won’t happen overnight. You will not build a massive following of potential customers just by posting a few pieces of content here and there. Just like growing the business in your restaurant, consistent marketing should be a constant core objective of your business. Without shouting from the rooftops that you’re here and open for business, how else will people know about your beautiful products?!
Investing in time to work out what your strategy is, being consistent in your approach, and understanding what you might need to outsource to a marketing professional can help set your business up for success. Consistent, on-brand messaging is crucial to success in marketing a product or venue. With so much competition out there it is the clear, concise and regular messages that get heard above all the other chatter. Marketing is a long game. When you dabble in marketing, it won’t work. Not because a chosen marketing channel isn’t suited to your business, but usually because you didn’t maintain it for long enough. The businesses that produce the best results (generating both leads AND sales) are those that are consistent with their marketing. They’ve regularly been providing clear, consistent messages to potential clients; and it’s not just for weeks or months, but for years. Every piece of content you create, and every interaction with potential or current customer’s online matters. Customer service is no longer just what happens in your venue; it’s how you interact with people daily, both online before they are your customers, and once they walk into your venue and become your customers. Being consistent in your approach will get you noticed, but it takes time. Stick with it and don’t be afraid to get a professional in if you need a hand. It’ll do wonders for your business. KB

Yup- Kate, you are true. I would like to tell that across occupations, consistency is one of the spin-offs work ethic. Success requires a strong determination, and consistency helps a person to develop a positive mental attitude that is necessary for staying committed and making firmed decisions. Inability to explain to people why you are doing the undertaking is one of the biggest fragility of that assignment. A person has to spot 'consistency'- which is an integral part of success so that he can build the life that he has proposed before- https://www.reginafasold.com/blog/create-the-life-you-envision-for-yourself/ .
