If you run a customer-focused business in hospitality, tourism, food or wine, you will know how important having consistent product and service are to your overall success. For example; if you are a restaurant, you want to aim to have each meal prepared, plated and tasting to the same level every time you serve it. You want the wait times to be as consistent as possible, and the service to always be at an acceptable level for your dining style. It is a constant juggling act to keep it all running smoothly and consistently good.
Consistency should be one of the core focuses of running a customer service business. Being consistent is key to success in running any business, but especially customer-focused businesses, and this applies to your marketing as well, especially digital marketing.

It's a bright shiny New Year and what better time to take stock, plan your new year, look for new ways to be innovative and creative, and to deliver a great product or service level for the coming year. The start of the year can be a good time to map out your approach to gaining new customers, retaining your current customers, and how to manage your team and your own time better.
It is a time for strategy, planning, and reflecting on what worked well last year and the best approach for the coming year. So, I thought it would only be fitting to start the new year off with a blog to help you think about your brand personality through social media and what that means to your customers and potential customers. |
